  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • Can Jack introduce me to other people in my industry?
    Absolutely, I can. I have a large network that spans right through CoWorking Devon, the Health and Wellness industry and JDC clients that would all love to connect. Im also well connected on LinkedIn - find me HERE.
  • How long will it take Jack to deal with my queries?
    I'll have two windows spaced out within the working week where I will action any editable tasks. Any WhatsApp support will be dealt with promptly through chat.
  • Will I get to publish my events on CoWorking Devon?
    By holding a live aftercare plan, you will gain access to host all your workshops and events on the CoWorking Devon website with a single newsletter feature per client when you subscribe.
  • What exactly will Jack do as part of the Aftercare Plan?
    I'll edit and adjust what you have but won't I build anything new. I typically deal with WIX customer support, help you with adjustments for your staff, bookings, events, courses, website edits, connect you with other professionals and support you with any business growth queires you have regarding the website. It's all done through Loom video or WhatsApp chat. Anything larger scale like a page redesign requires additional cost.
  • How long do I have to sign up for?
    There is no minimum contract period, just a month-to-month subscription auto-renewal so you can cancel any time you want—but this is your responsibility to cancel. Either do this yourself or just let me know.
  • Can I not just do this myself?
    Yes! of course! That is ultimately my end goal. To help you become totally efficient so you can do this yourself, if you choose. If you'd rather I deal with all of this to give you more time to focus ON your business and not IN it - then I can help. Im also a WIX Partner so I can get to the bottom of customer service questions very quickly!
  • How is my support provided?
    All support is given over WhatsApp or Loom through messages or recorded video. Any direct 1-2-1 sessions need to be booked and paid for separately.

  • What happens to my content if I stop the plan?
    All your content and history will remain saved within Wix. You’ll have access to reuse or review it whenever needed, ensuring nothing is lost. I'll actually give it back.
  • Can I use this plan if I haven’t worked with you before?
    Absolutely! While it’s seamless for existing clients due to my understanding of their businesses, I’ve designed this plan to quickly align with your brand and marketing goals, even if we’re starting fresh.
  • What if I need more posts or newsletters in a month?
    This package is designed for consistent and simple marketing. If you need additional content, we can discuss custom options to fit your needs.
  • What exactly is included in the Simple Marketing Package?
    The plan includes 8 professionally designed social media posts per month, tailored to your brand's tone of voice and goals, and a fully branded monthly newsletter built in Wix email marketing. This content is aimed at engaging your audience and driving growth for your business. I also handle the scheduling if you're using Wix’s social media platform.
  • How do you ensure the content matches my brand?
    I use brand guidelines, tone of voice documents, and any existing materials we’ve created together. If you're a new client, I can suggest we hold a strategy session to fully understand your brand identity and goals.
  • Can I bundle this plan with other services?
    Yes! If bundled with my Aftercare Plan (£75 per month), which includes website maintenance and business support, the total cost is £290 per month. Bundling these plans provides you with comprehensive support, saving you time and ensuring consistency across all your marketing and website needs.
  • Do I need a subscription to Wix’s social media platform?
    No, it’s optional. However, if you invest in the Wix social media platform (£150 per year), I can handle the scheduling of your posts at no extra cost. Otherwise, I’ll provide the content for you to schedule or can handle scheduling on another platform for an additional fee.
  • How do I get started?
    It’s easy! Book a call with me to discuss your needs, subscribe to Wix’s social media platform if desired, and I’ll handle the rest.
